for inactive.
Last known neighbour on the west span
MAC address of the adjacent station on the west.
Last known neighbour on the east span
MAC address of the adjacent station on the east.
The number of protections on the west

Number of protection reversions on the west span.
The number of protections on the east

Number of protection reversions on the east span.
Last protection time on the west span Time when the last protection reversion occurred on the west span.
