Configuring an E1-F interface in framed mode

4. Bundle timeslots on the
interface.

If no timeslot range is specified, all
timeslots are bundled by default.
5. Enable RAI detection on the
interface.
fe1 alarm detect rai

Enabled by default.
6. Set other interface
parameters.
