Configuring an E3 channel

For an FE3 channel, the default
DSU mode is 1 (Kentrox) and the
default subrate is 34010 kbps.
Fractional E3 (FE3, or Subrate E3)
is a nonstandard application. With
FE3, you can subdivide the rate of
E3 into subrates depending on the
bandwidth requirements.
7. Configure the clock mode of
the E3 channel.
