value: Specifies a Startup query count (the number of queries the IGMP querier sends on startup) in the
range of 2 to 5.
Examples
# Set the startup query count to 3 on GigabitEthernet 2/1/1.

[Sysname-GigabitEthernet2/1/1] igmp startup-query-count 3
