Usage guidelines
Before you configure this command in a VLAN, enable IGMP snooping in the VLAN.
The source IP address configured in the igmp-snooping leave source-ip command also applies when the
simulated host sends IGMP leave messages.
Examples
# On VLAN 2, enable IGMP snooping and configure the source IP address of IGMP leave messages that
t h e I G M P s n o o p i n g p r o x y s e n d s t o 10 .1.1.1.

Use igmp-snooping max-response-time to set the maximum response delay for IGMP general queries in
the VLAN.
Use undo igmp-snooping max-response-time to restore the default.

The default setting is 10 seconds.

Parameters
interval: Specifies the maximum response delay for IGMP general queries in seconds, in the range of 1
to 25.
Usage guidelines
This command takes effect only if IGMP snooping is enabled in the VLAN.
Examples
# Enable IGMP snooping and set the maximum response delay for IGMP general queries to 5 seconds
in VLAN 2.
