Enabling a VLAN termination-enabled interface to

By default, an ambiguous Dot1q/QinQ termination-enabled interface drops broadcasts and multicasts
they receive, instead of transmitting them. You can enable an interface configured with ambiguous
Dot1q/QinQ termination to transmit broadcasts and multicasts.
To enable a VLAN termination-enabled interface to transmit broadcasts and multicasts:

Configuring the TPID for VLAN-tagged packets
To configure VLAN termination on a Layer 3 Ethernet subinterface or Layer 3 aggregate subinterface, set
the TPID value in the outermost VLAN tag of packets received and sent by the main interface. When the
interface receives a packet, it checks the TPID value in the outermost VLAN tag of the packet. If the TPID
