3. Set the MFR bundle

The default bundle identifier is MFR +
frame relay bundle number, for
example, MFR4/0/0.
You cannot set a bundle identifier in the
MFR number format.
4. Enable MFR
fragmentation.

Optional.
By default, MRF fragmentation is
disabled.
5. Configure the size of the
MFR sliding window.
mfr window-size number
Optional.
By default, the size of the MFR sliding
window is equal to the number of
physical interfaces bundled by MFR.
6. Configure maximum
fragment size for bundle
link.
mfr fragment-size bytes
Optional.
The default setting is 300 bytes.
7. Enable sub-interface rate
statistics collection for
the MFR interface.
sub-interface rate-statistic
Optional.
By default, this feature is disabled.
With sub-interface rate statistics
collection enabled for an MFR interface,
the system periodically refreshes
sub-interface rate statistics. You can use
the display interface command to view
the collected statistics.
Use this feature cautiously, because it is
system resource demanding.
8. Set the intended
bandwidth for the MFR
interface.

9. Configure other
parameters of the MFR
interface.
See "Configuring frame relay."
Optional.
The fr interface-type command and the
fr inarp command are applicable to only
main MFR interfaces.
