Usage guidelines
If multiple outbound interfaces/next hops to a destination are available:
When bandwidth-based load sharing is disabled, all interfaces are used for packet forwarding in
turn.
When bandwidth-based load sharing is enabled, the device calculates the workload proportions
for interfaces based on their bandwidths, and then determines through which interface to forward
subsequent packets based on both the interfaces' workload proportions and the number of packets
the current interface has forwarded.
