slot slot-number: Clears ARP entries for the interface card specified by its slot number. (In standalone
mode.)
chassis chassis-number slot slot-number: Clears ARP entries for a card on an IRF member device. The
chassis-number argument specifies the ID of the IRF member device. The slot-number argument specifies
the slot number of the card. (In IRF mode.)
interface interface-type interface-number: Clears the ARP entries for the interface specified by the
argument interface-type interface-number.
Usage guidelines
The command clears only the dynamic ARP entries of the interface specified by interface interface-type
interface-number or the interface card specified by slot slot-number.
Examples
# Clear all static ARP entries.
<Sysname> reset arp static
