Configuring the load sharing mode
CAUTION:
HP recommends that you configure the load sharing mode when no traffic passes through the device to
avoid impact on some services.
If a routing protocol finds multiple equal-cost best routes to a destination, the router forwards packets over
the equal-cost routes to implement load sharing. You can configure the device to identify flows by packet
information such as source and destination IP addresses.
To configure the load sharing mode:

In standalone mode:
ip load-sharing mode { all | slot slot-number } { per-flow
[ dest-ip | src-ip ] * | per-packet }
In IRF mode:
ip load-sharing mode { all | chassis chassis-number slot
slot-number } { per-flow [ dest-ip | src-ip ] * | per-packet }
