Use undo policy vpn-target to disable the filtering, permitting all VPNv6 routes.

The route target filtering function is enabled for received VPNv6 routes.

Usage guidelines
The command applies to an inter-AS option B VPN.
Only VPNv6 routes with export route target attributes matching the local import route target attributes are
added into the routing table.
