2. On the Set Parameter page, set the parameters by selecting from the lists:
• Parameter “Begin Time” and “End Time”—Specifies query time range.
Options include: Custom Range, Last Hour, Last Day, Last Week, and Last Month. If you
select Custom Range, you must specify:
◦ Begin Time—The query start time.
◦ End Time—The query end time.
• CPE Group—A CPE group or select All CPEs.
3. Click OK.
The CPE Connectivity Detail Report displays the following information:
• Break At—The time stamp when a break occurs.
• Recovered At—The time stamp when a break is recovered.
• Break Persistence (Minute)—The duration of a break measured by the minute.
• Break Detail:
LT 5—The number of breaks recovered in less than 5 minutes.◦
◦ 5 to 10—The number of breaks recovered in 5 to 10 minutes.
◦ 10 to 30—The number of breaks recovered in 10 to 30 minutes.
◦ 30 to 60—The number of breaks recovered in 30 to 60 minutes.
◦ GT 60—The number of breaks recovered in greater than 60 minutes.
• Reason—The possible reason causing the break.
To export a CPE Connectivity Detail Report:
1. Click the Export icon located on the toolbar on the top of the report.
2. Select the desired export file format from the File Format list.
Options include: Crystal Reports (RPT), Adobe Acrobat (PDF), Microsoft Excel (97-2003),
Microsoft Excel (97-2003) Data-Only, Microsoft Word (97-2003) – Editable, Rich Text Format
(RTF), and Comma Separated Values (CSV).
3. Click Export.
Viewing a CPE Connectivity Summary Report
A CPE Connectivity Summary Report collects CPE connectivity details information of the specified
CPEs.
To view the CPE Connectivity Summary Report:
1. Locate and click CPE Connectivity Summary Report from the Report Template List pane.
2. On the Set Parameter page, set the parameters by selecting from the lists:
• Parameter “Begin Time” and “End Time”—Specifies query time range.
Options include: Custom Range, Last Hour, Last Day, Last Week, and Last Month. If you
select Custom Range, you must specify:
◦ Begin Time—Specifies the query start time.
◦ End Time—Specifies the query end time.
• CPE Group—Specifies a CPE group or select All CPEs.
3. Click OK.
