5. In the Access List, click the Modify icon for the target entry to re-select the server or the
storage device.
6. Click the Delete icon for the target entry if you want to re-select a pair of server and storage
device.
7. Click the 2. Configuration Summary tab.
If the configuration meets the requirements for SAN fast configuration, VFM displays
configuration summary based on your configuration and automatic system configuration. If
the requirements are not met, VFM displays a tip to inform you of the incorrect settings.
Configuration summary includes:
• Topology—The topology highlights the link between the server and the storage device.
• Global Configuration
Fabric—Name of the fabric where the server and the storage device reside.◦
◦ VLAN ID—VLAN ID used by the server-storage pair for mutual access. VFM
automatically selects the VLAN ID.
◦ VSAN ID—VSAN ID restricted to the server-storage pair. VFM automatically selects
the VSAN ID.
◦ Zone Set—Zone set to be activated in the VSAN. VFM automatically generates the
zone set name iMC_Zoneset. Zone set iMC_Zoneset contains a zone named
iMC_Zone. The server and the storage device are members of the zone.
◦ Default Zone Policy—VFM automatically configures this parameter as Deny. Access
among members of the default zone is denied.
◦ Zone Distribution Policy—VFM automatically configures this parameter as Only Active
Zone Set. VFM distributes only the active zone set to all FCoE switches in the VSAN.
• Zone list contents
Zone Name—VFM automatically configure the zone name as iMC_Zone. iMC_Zone
is the only zone in zone set iMC_Zoneset.

◦ Server—Name and IP address of the server in iMC_Zone.
◦ Storage—Name and IP address of the storage device in iMC_Zone.
• Device list contents
This list contains all FCoE switches in the VSAN.
◦ Status—Alarm state of the FCoE switch in the IMC Platform. For more information
about alarm status, see HP IMC Base Platform Administrator Guide.
◦ Device Name—Name of the FCoE switch in the form of device label(IP address). The
label is the switch's label in the IMC Platform. The IP address is the switch's configured
IP address when it is imported to the IMC Platform.
• Interface list contents
The list contains VFC interfaces on all FCoE switches in the VSAN.
◦ Status—State of the VFC interface. Options are Up and Down.
◦ CEE Interface—Type and number of the CEE interface that is bound to the VFC
interface.
