Optional1. Add authorized users to HP Systems Insight Manager. By default HP IO
installation configures access for Administrator on HP SIM. You can add
users to HP IO groups under Windows User and Groups Manager page,
and then set the users authorization on HP SIM “Users and Authorizations”
page.
Optional2. Configure alerts through email settings on the CMS.
Optional3. Set up automatic event handling on the CMS.

4. Install or upgrade the HP Insight Remote Support software by clicking the
