1. When creating a certificate signing request or importing a certificate, verify that the
networking is working properly.
2. Wait for the web server to restart, then try the action again.

Links in the online version of the EULA may not work. Use
the version that was included with the Insight Control server
provisioning product and select the links from that file.
When clicking on a link in the End User License Agreement
(EULA) you get an error.
What to do if a support dump file creation action fails
Possible cause and resolutionSymptom
A subsequent support dump file creation action might fail if
there is insufficient time between them.
A support dump file creation action fails.
It may still be running. Support dumps run in the
background and can take several minutes depending on
how much data that is. Do not close your browser. The
support dump download will begin when the appliance
is done collecting the data.
Verify that another support dump is not running in the
background. Wait 10 minutes and try again.
Troubleshoot adding and booting servers
Unable to add a server via iLO
The Symptom in all cases is the inability to add a server via iLO. Possible causes are the numbered
items in the right-hand column, with suggested resolutions shown in the bulleted paragraphs
immediately below. See “OS Build Plan or add iLO fails at Wait for HP SA Agent step” (page 90)
Possible cause and resolutionSymptom
Unable to add a server via iLO 1. iLO is unresponsive
Use ssh to access the iLO and reset it using the reset
map1 command. Make sure you allow enough time
for the iLO to reboot before trying to add it again.
2. iLO IP address is incorrect
Verify the iLO IP address.
3. The iLO is not accessible from the appliance
Verify the iLO NIC is reachable from the appliance.
4. Incorrect iLO credentials
Verify the iLO credentials on the Add server screen.
