Baud Rate
In general, Tandem asynchronous controllers support devices that
run at speeds of 50 to 19,200 baud. Devices controlled by
CSSASYNC running on an LIU1 or by TERMPROCESS must transmit and
receive at the same rate. Devices attached to an LIU4 can
transmit and receive at different rates. See Section 1 for some
restrictions on assigning baud rates to LIU4 subdevices.
