Abstract
HP NonStop™ AutoSYNC™ software is a reliable, fault-tolerant, and automatic
subsystem for replicating files through synchronization. This manual describes the
uses, installation, and all other operational aspects of AutoSYNC.

until otherwise indicated in a replacement publication.

New and Changed Information

The new option USER user-ID has been added to the DISABLE AUTOSYNC and
CLEAR AUTOSYNC
commands to disable and clear synchronizations for a
specific user ID only.

OSS system files named $*.ZYQ*.* are now automatically excluded from being
purged on the destination system.

The global parameter SYNCVIEWS has been eliminated. SYNCVIEWS is a file set
attribute only. Moreover, a shorthand view is now synchronized if any of the tables
it references is in the syncfileset, Previously, the shorthand view was synchronized
only if it was included in the file set definition.
