Data store de-activation
As additional control, a data store can be de-activated by configuration. This will
disable all automated actions and most manual actions on the data store especially
the requests to load tape volumes will be rejected.
The catalog export and import functions initiated through the GUI will still be allowed
on de-activated data stores.
