This can be cause by:
a) Cross cabling port
b) Bad Vt Controller
port/device
configuration
c) Communication
error between
NSK\Router\VTC
Verify the VT Controller
configuration
Verify the cabling
Reset the Router\Tape
Io process\VTC
5089 Received SCSI activity
on undefine device %1
The NSK host system
attemp to
communicated to an
unconfigurated VTC
device
Verify if the Tape Io
Process is configutre to
talk with the right
LUN\DeviceId
Verify that the
LUN\DeviceId is define
in the
FcConfig\VtConfig file
in the VTC server
