Dynamic Update
Dynamic DNS update is the ability to add, modify, or delete resource records in the
master zone files under a specified zone automatically, without editing the zone file.
Dynamic update is based on RFC 2136 “Dynamic Updates in the Domain Name
System (DNS Update).” You can use the utility nsupdate on page 2-12 to submit
dynamic DNS update requests to a name server.
