This JDBC/MX Driver for NonStop SQL/MX Programmer's Reference is for experienced Java programmers who want
to use the JDBC API to access SQL databases with NonStop SQL/MX.
This document assumes you are already familiar with NonStop Server for Java 5—the Java implementation for use
in enterprise Java applications on HP Integrity NonStop servers. NonStop Server for Java 5 is based on the reference
Java implementation for Solaris, licensed by HP from Sun Microsystems, Inc. The NonStop Server for Java is a
conformant version of a Sun Microsystems JDK as described in the NonStop Server for Java Programmer's Reference.
This document also assumes that you are already familiar with the JDBC API from reading literature in the field.
