Release of NonStop SQL/MX

JDBC/MX requires these versions of NonStop SQL/MX:

JDBC/MX V30 requires NonStop SQL/MX 1.8.5.

JDBC/MX V31 requires NonStop SQL/MX 2.0.

JDBC/MX V32 requires NonStop SQL/MX 2.0 or all subsequent 2.x versions until otherwise indicated in a

replacement publication.
