Fatal Errors
Cause. ld could not allocate sufficient memory for processing an archive file.
Effect. ld abends.
Recovery. Ensure that there is sufficient heap space available in the CPU.

Cause. ld encountered an error in renaming the output file.
Effect. ld abends.
Recovery. See if the output file already exists, and if so, check its security setting.
Cause. The specified linkfile (or archive member whose name is in parentheses) does
not have a debug section.
Effect. ld abends.
Recovery. Ensure that the compiler has the correct options for providing symbolic
information in the linkfile.
Cause. The specified linkfile (or archive member whose name is in parentheses) is not
a valid NonStop ELF linkfile.
Effect. ld abends.
