Nonfatal Errors
Cause. In a linkfile, the specified attribute does not exist.
Effect. ld continues but a loadfile will not be created.
Recovery. Either delete the specified attribute from the command stream or ensure
that the file in the -change command is a loadfile.
Cause. A bad index was encountered in the set_extmap function.
Effect. ld continues but a loadfile will not be created.
Recovery. Call your local service provider.
