Configuration Overview
The tape drive can be attached to a NonStop S-series server via an IOAM enclosure.
The tape drive attaches to the FCSA (Fibre Channel ServerNet adapter) in the IOAM
enclosure. The ServerNet switch board on the IOAM enclosure connects to a MSEB
(modular ServerNet expansion board) on a NonStop S-series server via a fiber-optic
cable. Figure 3-1 on page 3-2 shows a configuration example of the tape drive
connected to a NonStop S-series server via an IOAM enclosure.
