Monitoring the Use of Space on a Disk Volume
The Disk Space Analysis Program (DSAP) provides information on disk capacity, free-space
fragments, and page allocation. To check for bad sectors, you can use SCF:
-> INFO DISK $*, BAD, SEL started, sub magnetic
Bad Sectors Information $DATA14 Primary:
No bad sectors found.
You can also use DSAP at a TACL prompt:
> DSAP $*
Monitoring the Size of Database Files
To check file size:
> FUP INFO filename, DETAIL
A report similar to this one is sent to your home terminal:
