1. Inspect and mark either the Yes, No or RISK box in each line item.

3. For questionable items, contact the appropriate Data Center Services group, such
as a Data Center Thermal Analysis.
An item deemed as a RISK can impact the installation and or stability of the system.
Take necessary action or make appropriate recommendations to mitigate the risk.
