This illustration shows dedicated service LAN cables connected to two NonStop S-
series Ethernet adapters (E4SA, FESA, or GESA) in a NonStop S-series I/O enclosure
(module 12 in this example) and to the maintenance switch:
This configuration can be used in cases where a NonStop NS-series system does not
ahve and IOAM enclosure and only the NonStop S-series I/O enclosure provides the
system I/O connections and mass storage:
