Each NonStop S-Series I/O enclosure has two power supplies. A separate branch
circuit is required for each power supply.
These power supplies are:
•
Contained in the power shelf and connect to the IOMF 2 CRUs
•
Autoranging and automatically configure themselves for either 100-120 V ac or
200-240 V ac operation upon application of AC power
Caution. Although the PDUs for Integrity NonStop NS-series systems require all three phases
of AC power, other computer equipment, including NonStop S-series I/O enclosures, is single-
phase only or might use two or three phases. For other equipment that uses single-phase
power, ensure that the electrical load is balanced among the phases.
