Cable Labeling
Fiber-optic cables provide all ServerNet and other I/O data signal interconnections
within Integrity NonStop NS16000 systems. With the exception of the dedicated
service LAN, no copper I/O interconnect cables are used. Although fiber-optic cables
provide high-speed, low-latency communications, all of the cables look the same and
are the same color, usually orange.
