For every invocation of the OSSSETUP, STARTOSS, OSSREMOV, or STOPOSS utility:

• The first status message is:

• The last status message is:

{ Installation | Startup | Removal | Shutdown } of the OSS subsystem on \node: { COMPLETED | FAILED }
