Explanation: The user used a wrong dced server which dose not match with the

operation invoked

Action: reenter command with right dced service

Text: Can not read dtsd bindings ﬁle. Check to see if dtsd is running.

Explanation: Could not open the binding ﬁle.

Action: Make sure dtsd is running and that the binding ﬁle exists.
