Troubleshooting Example
info su $tsp2.#z000022,detail
displays the following:
Comparing the transport PDU parameters from the PTrace screen with the SCF
attributes, you can see that the only attribute that doesn’t match is the LOCALTSEL
attribute. The TSP subdevice is configured for AA as the LOCALTSEL value; the
CR-TPDU is sending 303132 as the called TSAP parameter. This must be the reason
the TSP process responded with a disconnect request.
Step 6: Correct the Problem
Now that you know what the problem is, you need to correct it by changing TSP SU
#Z000022.
The following SCF commands change the TSP SU:
stop SU $tsp2.#z000022
alter SU $tsp2.#z000022, localtsel “303132”
The TSP process should now accept the connect request; you might take another trace to
confirm this. First stop the application and then start the trace using the SCF command:
