Passive Multiplexing
Passive Multiplexing
Passive multiplexing is a form of connection multiplexing in which only one X25AM
subdevice is created instead of one subdevice for each incoming attach request. This
type of multiplexing is done in anticipation of connection multiplexing by the remote
system.
