The following subsections explain the fields in the subdevice status block.
Size of Fixed Part (Octets 0 and 1)
This field indicates the length of the fixed part in octets set to 20.
Subdevice Name (Octets 2 through 9)
The subdevice name field contains the file-system name of the subdevice, filled
on the right with blanks. This field might contain, for example:
"#SU1 "
Current Connection State (Octets 10- and 1)
This field indicates the current state of the subdevice. The first octet indicates
the primary state the second octet indicates the substate. Interpretation of these
fields is shown in Table 7-4.
