Equivalent to the SCREEN COBOL relation condition ws-item-1 IS [NOT] EQUAL
[TO] string-literal .

Returns TRUE if the value of this object is [not] equal to data, or FALSE otherwise.

Syntax
public boolean isEqualToAll (char ch)
Description
Equivalent to the SCREEN COBOL relation condition value-1 IS [NOT] EQUAL
[TO] ALL character-literal , where character-literal represents an
alphanumeric character.
Parameters
Return Value
Returns TRUE if all the characters in this object are [not] the same as ch, or FALSE
otherwise.
data The value to be compared with the value of this object
