Class ScreenFieldArray
Description
Equivalent to the WHEN BLANK field-characteristic clause, as in:

Parameters
Class ScreenFieldArray
The ScreenFieldArray class is the Java representation of the OCCURS clause for
screen fields.

ScreenFieldIdentifier
Description
This class implements the equivalent of the OCCURS field-characteristic clause. It is
essentially a container for all the screen field objects that are part of an OCCURS
clause.
whenBlank Must be either CLEAR or SKIP
