Diagnostics ERRORFILE Writes error and warning messages to an error

ERRORS
Terminates compilation after the specified

DO_TNS_SYNTAX
Issues warnings for pTAL constructs that are
not valid in TAL
INVALID_FOR_PTAL
Causes errors for TAL constructs that are not
valid in pTAL
WARN
Suppresses compiler warnings
