Security Restrictions
You can issue the INITIALIZE RDF command if you are a member of the super ID group.
RDF State Requirement
You can issue the INITIALIZE RDF command only when RDF is stopped and no files exist in the RDF
control subvolumes on either the primary and backup systems.
