Cause
The RDF extractor is no longer responding, and it might be stopped.
Effect
The lockstep gateway stops.
Recovery
Determine why the RDF subsystem stopped, correct the problem, and then restart the subsystem.

The lockstep gateway received error errnum from the RDF extractor
procname with ATINDEX indexnum.
errnum
is a file-system error number.
procname
is the name of the process that is in use.
indexnum
is the audit trail index number of the specified extractor.
Cause
When the gateway attempted to obtain the name of the RDF lockstep file from the extractor, it
received the indicated error. This condition can happen if the RDF subsystem with the specified
extractor was not configured for lockstep, or the version of your RDF subsystem does not support
lockstep operations.
Effect
The lockstep gateway stops.
Recovery
If you want to perform RDF lockstep operations, you must be sure you have the correct version
of the RDF product, and you must be sure you have configured your RDF subsystem for lockstep
operation.
