Cause
The specified error was returned when the lockstep gateway attempted to lock the specified file.
Effect
The lockstep gateway stops.
Recovery
SCF automatically restarts the gateway. If the problem persists and the autorestart count is
exhausted, correct the condition that caused the error and then restart the gateway.
