Common Error Messages
-00037
Cause. The command power level specified on the command is too weak for the state
of named object.
Effect. SCF waits for the next command.
Recovery. Retry the command with a higher command power level, for example,
using the FORCED option.
-00038
Cause. The command power level specified on the command is insufficient to change
the state of the object.
Effect. SCF waits for the next command.
Recovery. Retry the command with a higher command power level, for example,
using the FORCED option.
-00039
Cause. This command does not apply to this object.
Effect. SCF waits for the next command.
