Using SNAX/HLS Trace Analysis Program

Assumed line Identifies the line-name specified in the last ASSUME
command.
Codeset default Specifies the current value of the code set selection.
The following fields are displayed only if you have a trace file selected.
Trace filename Specifies the name of the trace file currently selected for
analysis.
HLS process name Specifies the name of the SNAX/HLS process that
recorded the trace.
HLS Version Specifies the version banners of the SNAX/HLS process
that recorded the trace.
Trace started Specifies the date and time the trace was started using
the HLSCOM command TRACE START.
Trace ended Specifies the date and time the trace was ended using the
HLSCOM command TRACE STOP.
Trace segment size Specifies the size, in pages, of the trace data file. One
page is 2048 bytes.
Number of LUs traced Specifies the total number of LUs in the Entity Trace
Table (ETT). Some LUs may be repeated.
For each LU in the ETT, the following record is produced. Note that if the LU has been
selected for trace analysis by using the SELECT command, an asterisk (*) is displayed
to the left of the LU name.
LU Name Specifies the name of the LU.
Session Id Specifies a session ID allocated to this LU.
Trace Type Specifies the type of trace enabled for the LU. This field can
have one of the following values:
V A verb trace of all verb requests and replies is in effect for
this LU.
L A trace of LU services is in effect for this LU.
D A trace of Data Flow Control (DFC) state changes is in
effect for this LU.
S A trace of SNALU I/O is in effect for this LU.
If all four options are selected, the word All appears in this
field.
Trace Start Time Specifies the date and time when the trace for this LU was
started, by using an HLSCOM TRACE ENABLE command, or
the session initiation date and time if the INITIAL^TRACE
configuration parameter was specified at SNAX/HLS startup.
