HELP Command The HELP command displays the syntax of HLSTAP commands.
HELP [
topic
]
topic
specifies one of the following topics on which help is desired:
command-name
is the name of a HLSTAP command for which the syntax is to be displayed.
<
parameter
>
is any parameter value that is enclosed in angle brackets (< >) when displayed
by the
command-name
option. The angle brackets must be included.
ALL
is a keyword that requests that the syntax and an explanation of all parameters
for all HLSTAP commands be displayed.
If
topic
is omitted, the names of all HLSTAP commands are displayed.
Examples
This command displays a short list of command names:
@HELP
This command displays help for the INFO command:
@HELP INFO
This command displays the syntax for the
LU-specifier
parameter (“<” and “>”
are typed):
@HELP <LU-specifier>
