Cause. An operator command switched EMS recording for the primary EMS collector
to another process. This is the last message on the old collector.
Effect. The event collector function for the primary EMS collector has been switched to
the new collector process.
Recovery. Informational message. No action necessary.
process name : EMS recording has been stopped
Cause. An operator command terminated event recording on the primary EMS
collector.
Effect. Event recording on the primary EMS collector has been terminated.
Recovery. Informational message. No action necessary.
process name : EMS recording for collector-n has been switched to
file name of new-collecto r
Cause. An operator command switched event collection for alternate EMS collector
number n (where n is 1, 2, or 3) to another collector process. This is the last message
on the old collector.
Effect. Event recording for the alternate EMS collector number n has been switched to
a new collector. This message appears as the last message on the old collector,
provided that it was accessible.
Recovery. Informational message. No action necessary.
process name : Error on SPI request from process process issuing
request , (routine procedure reporting error , error: value returned from
procedure )
Cause. An error was sensed while analyzing an SPI request buffer. The message
specifies the SPI routine and the error code returned by the SPI routine.
Effect. The request is rejected and the command fails.
Recovery. Your application has probably destroyed a valid SPI buffer, has lost track of
where that buffer was built, or is sending the wrong data to the command and control
interface. Correct the error and reissue the command.
