Cause. A message was detected that originated from a file that is not recorded as being
open. This situation can occur after starting the subsystem when a previously running
subsystem had the same name.
Effect. The request is rejected.
Recovery. Informational message. No action necessary.

Cause. A request bearing a SYNC-ID value older than promised by the original OPEN
request was received from an application.
Effect. The request is rejected.
Recovery. This message usually indicates that your application is performing
checkpoints improperly. Check for misuse of the sync-depth feature of the file system.

Cause. An attempt by process issuing the open to open name of process
being opened was rejected.
Effect. The OPEN command fails.
Recovery. This may indicate attempts violate security. Check the name under which
you are trying to open the server. Correct the command and reissue it.
