process
name
: Request for MAX^POCBS =
max-openers
and
MAX^LUS =
max-lus
excessive
Current limits are:
X
* (MAX^POCBS + 16) + Y * (MAX^LUS + 1) less than limit BYTES
Where:
X = pocb-size + (MAX^LUS/16 + 1)*4 Y = tcb-size limit =
current memory limitations in BYTES
Cause. Requested allocation of too much memory. This formula gives the limits as
they apply to the currently running version of SNAX/HLS. The limits are subject to
change from version to version.
Effect. SNAX/HLS terminates abnormally. Because this event is detected before the
backup is started, no takeover occurs.
Recovery. Correct the startup configuration parameters. This might require that the
load be redistributed to additional copies of SNAX/HLS. The log message indicates
the current memory requirements and limits. However, the limits may change from
release to release, (and IPM to IPM).
