compiler version.
Effect. The operation fails.
Recovery. Explicitly use a compiler of the specified version.

Where version2 is the earliest compiler version that can compile the query

25312 A version version1 compiler is required to compile the
query. The current compiler version is version2.
25313 A compiler with version less than or equal to version1
and higher than or equal to version2 is required to compile
