Installation
TFDS is composed of two standard software products, T6523 (TFDS) and T6520
(TFDS Instrumentation). These products are delivered in every RVU, and occasionally
between RVUs as software product revisions (SPRs). Both RVUs and SPRs are
installed by DSM/SCM. (For more information, see the DSM/SCM User’s Guide and
the H06.nn Software Installation and Upgrade Guide.)
DSM/SCM installs these TFDS product components to $SYSTEM.SYSnn:

The TFDS monitor

The program object file is TFDS.
°
The TFDS monitor process name is $zdmp.

The TFDS helper
°
The program object file name is TFDSHLP.
°
The TFDS helper process name is “$zthnn” (where nn is the processor
number).
•
TFDSCOM (the TFDS user interface)
Migration Considerations
Incident database record formats are new on H-series RVUs, and are different from
those on S-series RVUs. Incident databases created on S-series RVUs are
incompatible with H-series RVUs.
