This is an action completion event associated with event message 125. It is generated
each time the TMF management process (TMP) attempts to recreate the failed TMF
process.

ZTMF-TKN-EVTHDR-ProcessType
identifies the TMF process that generated the event. For this event, the value of
this token is ZTMF-VAL-PROC-TMP.
ZTMF-TKN-ProcessName
is the subject token of the event message, and it contains the name of the process
the TMP is attempting to recreate.
